Plans start at $79/month after trial. Starter includes 100 Shopify-ready products per month, Growth is $149/month with 500 products plus vendor CRM, claims, team activity, and guided setup, and Pro is $299/month with 1,500 products plus white-glove onboarding. Custom solutions are also available.

Yes. The trial is a two-week timed trial so you can upload real orders, test the workflow, and see whether it fits before choosing a monthly plan.

How does the system work?

Accepted Answer

Upload a PDF, photo, spreadsheet, or image from your purchase order. Our system reads the document, pulls available product images, and extracts the vendor, line items, quantities, costs, SKUs, and PO total. You review everything on cards and edit anything before saving. Nothing happens without your approval.

Does it work with Faire, NuORDER, and JOOR?

Yes. Download or print your order from any of those platforms and upload it here. Inventor-Ease detects the format, treats prices as wholesale costs, extracts the brand name as your vendor, and pulls available product images wherever the file or source gives us something useful.

Yes. You can upload a photo, PDF, spreadsheet, or image. Clearer files work better, but the workflow is built for the real formats retailers receive, including product images when they are available.

Inventor-Ease stages the work for review. Your team can edit products, quantities, costs, and vendor details before saving or publishing.

Does Inventor-Ease publish directly to Shopify?

It prepares products for Shopify, but your team reviews first. Shopify will let you push almost anything live with very few guardrails, so Inventor-Ease flags missing details before your team pushes products to Shopify.

Will my team need Shopify seats?

No. Your team can prepare orders, receiving, and product data in Inventor-Ease without working inside Shopify admin. It also helps keep Shopify more secure when seasonal staff or newer team members need to help.

Yes. It helps keep product titles, descriptions, images, inventory, product types, and tags complete so shoppers and search tools have better data to work with.

What if I do not sell online?

That is okay. Inventor-Ease can still help POS-only stores organize incoming inventory and prepare clean product data. If you want an online catalog, great. If you only need better POS-ready data, that works too.
